How quickly will we see results?+
Fast. You’ll see select previews within 48 hours of the shoot. Full photo galleries land in about a week, and video edits in one to two weeks depending on scope. Need it sooner? Tell us the deadline and we’ll build the timeline around it.
How far in advance should we book?+
Two to three weeks is comfortable for most shoots. Weddings and multi-day productions book out further, so reach out three to six months ahead. That said, if it’s urgent, ask anyway; we’ve made same-week happen plenty of times.
Do you travel outside Charlotte?+
Yes. We shoot across the Carolinas regularly and travel nationwide for the right project. Travel is quoted up front, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Do we get the raw files?+
You get finished, retouched files sized for every platform; that’s what most clients actually need. If raw files matter for your workflow, just say so and we’ll build it into the quote.
How many revisions are included?+
Every edit includes a full revision round, and retainer clients get ongoing tweaks as part of the partnership. Additional rounds are quoted clearly before we start them.
How does pricing work?+
Flat, project-based quotes. Tell us the scope and you get one clear number covering the shoot, the edit, and delivery. No hourly meters, no surprise line items.
